Pipe matched to the fluid duty

Industrial fluid pipe supply depends on the medium, temperature, pressure, connection method, corrosion risk and inspection standard. There is no single correct pipe for every line — the right specification follows from how the pipe will actually be used.

ZAIHUI helps buyers confirm whether 304 stainless steel pipe is sufficient or whether 316 stainless steel tube should be selected for chloride, chemical or coastal service. Getting this grade decision right at the RFQ stage avoids over-specifying on routine utility lines and under-specifying on aggressive media.

Beyond grade, wall thickness and inspection are matched to the medium, pressure and corrosion risk, so the pipe you receive is fit for its service rather than simply nominal in size.

Material summary

How fluid pipe is positioned, where it is used, and what to confirm before you buy.

Core advantages
Stainless steel pipe selected to the fluid duty — grade, wall thickness and inspection matched to the medium, pressure and corrosion risk.
Typical applications
Water treatment, process fluids, utility lines, transfer piping, equipment systems and industrial service lines.
Purchasing notes
The quotation should not rely only on OD and wall thickness — include whether the pipe is welded or seamless, what testing is required, whether pickling and passivation is needed, and export packing.
Specifications

Pipe specifications

Reference ranges — final spec is confirmed from your RFQ.

Grade
304 / 316 / 316L selected by service.
Outside diameter
Common procurement range: Φ6mm–325mm; Schedule or custom OD by drawing can be reviewed.
Wall thickness
Common range: 0.3mm–10mm; pressure and fluid service may require heavier wall thickness.
Length
6m is standard; fixed length, random length or fixed-length cutting can be discussed.
Surface finish
BA, 2B, brushed, polished, pickled and passivated finishes.
Manufacturing process
Welded or seamless stainless steel pipe, depending on pressure and service.
Applications
Water treatment, process fluids, utility lines, transfer piping, equipment systems and industrial service lines.
RFQ notes
Include medium, temperature, pressure, standard, inspection requirement, finish and export packing.
Why it works

Specified for the line, not just the size

The detail that keeps a fluid pipe order fit for its application.

01

Right grade for the medium

304 for general service, or 316 / 316L where chloride, chemical or coastal exposure demands a molybdenum-bearing grade — confirmed against your environment.

02

Wall thickness to duty

Wall thickness is matched to pressure and fluid service; heavier walls are reviewed where the duty calls for them rather than left to nominal sizing.

03

Inspection that fits

Testing, pickling and passivation, and welded-versus-seamless construction are agreed up front so the pipe meets the corrosion risk it will face.

For industrial fluid applications, define the medium, temperature, pressure, target standard, welded-vs-seamless preference, testing and packing in your RFQ. Send your requirement.
