Overview

Mechanical structural tube is purchased for fabricated parts, frames, supports, equipment components, construction details and visible stainless assemblies. It is a working material that is cut, welded, bent and finished into a wide range of frameworks and components, so dimensional consistency and a predictable surface matter as much as the grade itself.

The quotation should confirm tube shape, outside dimensions, wall thickness, straightness, tolerance, surface finish and whether the tube will be cut, bent, welded or polished after delivery. Sharing those downstream operations up front lets us recommend the right grade and finish and avoid rework on visible or load-bearing parts.

We supply round, square and rectangular tubing across 201, 304 and 316 from our Foshan plant, with finishes that range from mill surfaces to mirror polish for exposed architectural and equipment work.

Why ZAIHUI tube

Built for fabrication.

What makes our structural tube practical to work with.

01

Three shapes, three grades

Round, square and rectangular tubing in 201, 304 and 316 from one supplier, so you can match shape and corrosion resistance to each part without juggling multiple sources.

02

Finish to match the job

BA, 2B, brushed, polished and mirror surfaces are available, covering everything from hidden structural members to visible architectural and equipment work.

03

Ready to fabricate

Consistent dimensions, straightness and tolerance support clean cutting, bending and welding for frames, supports, handrails and machinery components.

For structural tube orders, include drawing requirements when holes, slots, bending radius, tight tolerance or visible surfaces matter. If used outdoors or near chloride exposure, confirm whether 304 is enough or 316 should be reviewed. Talk to our team.
